Gestalt Counselling and Psychotherapy practice

Welcome to my website.

My name is Adam Kincel and I am a UK Council for Psychotherapy registered psychotherapist. I work with individuals and groups providing long and short term counselling and psychotherapy. I have completed two postgraduate degrees in psychotherapy and have experience of working with clients in private practice as well as in residential setting. Working in private practice I have developed an efficient method of supporting clients struggling with depression, relationship and life crises. My mental health experience allows me also to take referrals from clients experiencing severe and enduring mental health problems.

In addition to my private practice I work as a trainer for a UKCP training provider Re-Vision in London, Caucasus Institute for Gestalt and Family Therapy in Tbilisi (Georgia) and Instytut Terapii Gestalt in Kraków (Poland).

My private psychotherapy practice is based in Old Street (EC1V 9DX).

In various tabs on this website you can find more information about me and services I provide, however if you have any further questions please contact me on my email or call me on  079 2025 5542.

Embodiment Relational therapy Diversity

Relational therapy

In line with neuropsychology I focus on the connection between body and mind. I introduce mindfulness techniques to deeper awareness of bodily sensations. I focus on how we build and participate in relationships both outside and inside the therapy. Relationships are important to our life and wellbeing, they are also a place where most of our problems originate. I believe that therapy is about embracing the diversity both within ourselves and outside. Emotional health depends on our relationship with our community.
